im not sure if the polyp excision is bundled-and if its not i keep finding my way back to an unlisted code
PROCEDURE:......... After infiltration with Ropivacaine 0.5%, in a subcutaneous circumanal fashion the anoscope was inserted. This disclosed a large fleshy polypoid lesion at the left lateral position. Local was infiltrated and an elliptical incision was made about the polypoid lesion on the anoderm. The polypoid lesion was then dissected free from the sphincter musculature, elevated from the sphincters and the LigaSure was used for hemostasis of the vascular pedicle. The mucosal defect and pedicle were then over-sewn using a running 2-0 Vicryl. Next, the large prolapsing internal hemorrhoid at the 7 o'clock position was visualized. Using the LigaSure device this was elevated off the sphincter musculature and excised. The mucosal cautery line was then reinforced with a running 2-0 Vicryl. Additional local was infiltrated..........
