Do I just charge these as regular lesion excision codes:

The bilateral chest lesions were all found to be seborrheic keratoses. Local anesthetic was infiltrated deep to these. These were elevated with Adson forceps and transected with Metzenbaum scissors. Bleeding was controlled with interrupted 4-0 Monocryl stitch. The right-sided lesion was excised with a 15 blade scalpel and closed in subcuticular fashion with 4-0 Monocryl. Steri-Strips and sterile dressings were applied.
