Trying to determine if this should be coded as the Face or Neck.

"A very limited limb of a standard
parotidectomy-type incision was then made, anterior inferior to the
earlobe, and then into the postauricular region, around the cyst itself,
which measured almost 2 cm in longest dimension. "
 
Neck...the incision described went from just below the earlobe around to the back of the ear (post-auricular region); parotidectomy incisions are not usually on the face.
