excision of a soft tissue mass on the hand 1cmx1cm how would you code it
 
Need to know the depth of the soft tissue tumor subq(located in both deep soft tissue/subq tissue), subfascial, radical resection will determine proper CPT code.
if depth is subq would be 26115 only complex repair may be coded with this code.
