Can someone help me with this surgery? I am not very good with skin coding.
Name of Procedure: Excision multiple greater than 20, vulvar inclusion cysts
Attention was brought to the vulva where overlying a vulvar inclusion cyst a shallow incision was made with an 11 blade using a spatula. The capsule was shelled out and removed. Incisions varied from 3 mm to 5 mm. All incisions made between 3 and 5 mm were closed with a single interrupted stitch of 4.0 Vicryl on a PF1. Total of 7 incisions were made. A host of other vulvar inclusion cysts which were smaller than 5 mm were drained and emptied for a grand total of greater than 20 vulvar inclusion cysts. The largest of these cysts which ranged from 8 mm to 1.2 cm.
