Can someone give me their opinion?? I know that 35001-35152 would be similar but I don't feel comfortable using any of those codes because of location. Thank you in advance!

"We made a separate incision in the left groin,
dissected out a large venous aneurysm from the left groin, probably an anterior
saphenous collateral vein, this was carefully mobilized, at least 3 to 4 cm in
diameter, its branches were controlled with silk clips and divided, was
phlebectomized out. The greater saphenous was identified on the wire stripper,
the wire strip was dissected out controlled on the vein with silk suture and
the saphenofemoral junction was ligated proximally doubly with a 4-0 Prolene
and a 2-0 silk suture ligature."
