Wiki Excision of anomalous muscle (extensor digitorum brevis manus)

I am trying to find a CPT code for procedure above but having trouble doing so. The extensor digitorum brevis manus is an accessory muscle of the hand. I looked at CPT 25109 which is excision of tendon, but I am not sure that is fitting since this is an accessory muscle my surgeon excised. Any ideas?
