Anyone hear of using a Tripier Musculocutaneous flap for with an excision of basal cell carcinoma . . Operative states that excision of basal cell carcinoma x3, final size 1.5x1.7 cm and reconstruction with a triper musculocutaneous flap from upper lid and a full thickness skingraft from the preauricular area
dx was basal cell carcinoma of loer lid at junction of node inferior to the upper edge at medial canthus ? any intakes :eek:
