Wiki Excision of calcific achilles tendinitis

I'm not certain as to the correct proc code for the above - patient has achilles calcific tendinitis and the surgeon made an incision over the medial one third of achilles insertion, longitudinal dissection carried out down through the peritenon through the achilles to a mobile calcific area - 2 fragments of bone were excised. Any suggestions? Thanks.
