Wiki Excision of Dogears

Doctor did excision of dogears after breast reduction surgery....would this be a repair code?...not that familiar with plastic surgery or breast surgery....dont have any resources to review....not sure where to start.

You can code 114XX for the excision and if it is closed in layers 1203X. This is from the ASPS Coding Corner with regards to excision of dog ears after Breast Reconstruction, but I think the codes are applicable to your situation as well.
