I'm having a hard time locating an exact CPT code for this px and am wondering if I will end up having to use the unspecified code of 37799. Your thoughts???

The patient's venous aneurysm was marked in the erect position. The skin overlying the venous aneurysm was infiltrated with 1% Lidocaine with epinephrine. It was incised with a #15 blade. The aneurysm was dissected from the surrounding soft tissue. The branch of the basilica vein from which the aneurysm emenated, was ligated with 2-0 silk ties proximal and distal to the aneurysm. The skin was closed with 3-0 vicryl suture in a subcuticular fashion. The incision was reinforced with steri strips and the wound was dressed.
