We have a Medicare patient that we excised an inflammatory mass, procedure 22903 and put a wound vac on 97605.

What I don't understand is should I be charging 15002 & 97605 or just 22903 and 97605.

Any help in understanding when I use the 15002 codes would be greatly appreciated.
