i am having some trouble coding this procedure

the procedure performed is excision of interdigital soft corn second toe

incision over the hyperkeratotic skin over the pip joint of toe. the verrucosus looking hyperkeratotic lesion was excised and sent to pathology. skin underneath looked normal.

please help with a cpt code

any help appreciated
