Just wanted to put this out there for some help. The op note states: Exam under anesthesia demonstrates a firm subcutaneous mass extending for about 2.5 to 3 cm. This was excised taking an ellipse of overlying skin and removing the entire mass. It appeared to be well encapsulated and solid. the wound was closed with 5-0 Monocryl with steri-strips applied.

Any suggestions? I can't seem to find anything appropriate other than a code in the 114 section. Thanks in advance.
