Hello! I would love someones suggestion on how to code this.. Seroma casule excision!
Pt had a infiltration of left AV fistula. A small incision was made over the previous incision, (not in global period). With careful sharp aand blunt dissection, the hematoma was identified and evacuated ( (10140) The pseudo capsule was then excised from the surrounding subcutaneous tissue. A number of small bleeders were encountered and these were bovied with the bovie electrocoagulation....Through a serparte stab incision drains were placed.
I did search the forum and this has been a tough question in the past but I hope someone can assist with this...
