I am coding a CABG and the surgeon found a thumb-head-size lymph node at the proximal portion of the left internal mammary artery. This was removed and sent to path. My question is that, I can't find a code that best suits the area. I have looked at 39010 with possible 52 modifier. I have also looked at 38500, but it is an add on code and does not fit with my CABG. The approach in open. The ICD pcs code used was 07B70ZX. I need the physician cpt code. Any help is appreciated. The more I look the more confused it gets.:confused:
