Wiki Excision of thrombosed forearm vein

Any one know of a code for this procedure? The thrombosed vein was actually excised and sent to pathology (1 cm long and .33 cm wide portion). I'm having a hard time finding this code and am thinking maybe it is unlisted? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
 
I tried to look everywhere and I can't find anything for that. I would use unlisted code.
