How would you code this? Lump on back of neck getting bigger. Diagnosis is Abscess/sebaceous cyst. Area prepped, injected lidocaine. Small incision made over the top. Wound edges were separated with hemostat. Cyst in its entirety taken out and another small broken cyst behind it. Able to excise the cyst from the walls of the wound. Wound edges sutured. Thanks
 
This would be an excision as they removed the cell wall, not just opened it.
