How would this be coded?

Patient with a diabetic ulceration that has not improved with regular debridements 11042 and 97597.

I recommended today that we excise the wound and suture it. After block 1% lidocaine plain in H-type fashion the foot was prepped and draped in the usual fashion and a sterile 16 blade was utilized to excise the wound down to bone. The area was copiously lavaged with sterile saline solution. We then sutured the ellipse with 4-o nylon. It closed well.

Would it still be 11043 even though he sutured it?
 
I would say it is still 11043

"Depending on wound size, closure may be immediate or delayed"

So I don't believe it matters that he sutured it this time.
