Wiki excision with surgitron

Our docs use a surgitron frequently to "excise" lesions but how do we code for these since they aren't making an incision with a scalpel which the excision codes require. He states that he did a loop excision and then cauterized the base. Will someone please advise on how for code for surgitron excisions? Thank you!
