Need some help with a CPT for Excision bilateral supernumerary nipples:
Attention was then turned to the bilateral supernumerary nipples on the
inferior chest. The skin was marked with a marking pen, and elliptical
incisions were created sharply. Dissection continued through the
subcutaneous tissue with cautery and the specimens resected. The left and
right supernumerary nipples were sent to Pathology separately for permanent
section. Both incision sites were then closed with 4-0 subcuticular Monocryl.
Benzoin, Steri-Strips, and sterile gauze and Tegaderm dressings were placed over all 6 incision sites.
