Wiki excisional & nonexcisional debridement question

I'm wondering if someone can answer this question. If a wound is 10cm x 15cm (or 150 sq cm) and the whole wound is debridement with a versajet (nonexcisional) but a 3cm X 3cm piece of fascia is excisionally debrided with scalpel, do you bill only the 3x3 fascia debridement (cpt 11043) or is the entire 10x15 wound debridement (cpt 11043, 11046x7) billed as fascia level since that is the deepest level of tissue removed? I know that excisional and nonexcisional debridement is bundled. Thanks so much for your input.
