My surgeon did a covered stent exclusion of right tibioperoneal trunk aneurysm endograft with 5x50 and 5x25 viabahn stents...if this like an evar? or am I using 37204 code? So clueless, it probably isn't as hard as I am making it...

please advise and thanks in advance...
