You might find info here, I highly doubt payers would cover this type of provider. Or, if they do it may be a super-limited case. I don't believe they are considered Qualified Healthcare Practitioners (QHP).

There may be some unusual plans that cover it. It would have to be checked case by case, along with state practice act rules. There may be an HSA/FSA option but again, it would have to be validated before hand.
