We have a patient who was scheduled for a regular stress and it was performed. When the MD interpreted the test the patient had EKG abnormalities. He then ordered an MPI on the patient and it was done that day. The question is: Can we bill 93015 twice for the regular stress and then the MPI or only once because they were both done on the same day?
