Does anyone have experience getting paid by Medicare for Exparel? We've thought it was bundled into the procedure, but looking into the CMS' ASC addendum BB, it looks like it's billable after all. C9290 has K2 payment indicator with $1.10 payment rate. Really need some guidance. Thanks!
 
I realize this is a late response, but to answer your question - we bill for Exparel in our ASC & we are being reimbursed. We bill with C9290 & 266 units.
