I am a very experienced biller and coder with 12 years of experience (10 certified), looking for a part time position around 15-20 hours per week in the Naples, FL area or as a remote coder. As a former HIPAA Privacy Officer and member of a Compliance Committee, I have knowledge of federal billing and privacy guidelines as well as fraud prevention. I am disciplined, detailed oriented and realiable, with a background in Surgery, Rheumatology, Oncology, Radiology and Family Practice, willing to work either as an employee or independent contractor as a biller and/or coder.
