I have extensive experience in A/R management, A/R analysis, denial trending, month end financial reporting and coding audits. I have managed all departments related to the practice revenue cycle, including front desk, scheduling, A/R follow-up, coding and benefits/pre-certification.
I have served as project manager for a large Allscripts implementation which included the initial system build, as well as ensuring that all staff members were trained appropriately. I am comfortable working with both staff and physicians alike.
