This may sound elementary but my surgeon did and excision on sacral decubitus ulcer
(15931) but the desciption states with primary suture... My surgeon placed a wound vac and did not suture. Would I still use this code, or would I use other debridement code? If so please explain. The diagnosis is sacral decubitus ulcer stage IV 707.03, 707.24.

Funny, I coded one of these this morning. I ended up adding modifier 52 for reduced service, as the suture wasn't performed.
