Hello: I have not been able to find a code for this and was hoping someone can assist me 
The pocket over the Infusa-A-Port on the left side was opened. there was a large hematoma of old blood over it. Which made accessing it very difficult. This was evacuated and the entire area irrigated.. Bleeding sites were controlled with the bovie. The pocket was then REVISED by closing it in multiple layers from deep to superficial in such a way that there was no dead space available for hematoma...The Infus-a-port was accessed and worked nicely. etc etc.
I see no revision code for a infus-a-port. I hate to use an unlisted code. Does anyone have any suggestions?? I was leading toward 10140 but with the revison I was thinking it would at least need a mod 22 and fee increase??
