Wiki Exploratory laparotomy w/more procedures?

Could someone give some assistance, I have a general surgeon who done the following procedures:
Exploratory laparotomy w/evacuation of absecess
Repair of cecal enterotomy & small bowell resection


I know the CPT 49000 is for the laparotomy, but what about the others. How would you code it?

NOT exploratory lap

Once the surgeon began doing more definite procedures s/he's no longer billing the 49000 exploratory lap.

If you can post the scrubbed op note, it'll be easier to help you find the correct code(s) for the procedure(s) performed.
