Hi! I am hoping someone can assist me with this. This patient has a Rt B/K and he was brought back months later for a revision of B/K and extensive Debridement of soft tissue, muscle/no bone. The grossly necrotic materal and large lateral ulcer was debided There was a small pocket of fluid, which was released. The skin defect was enlarged upwards & continued to debride residual tibial & anterior tendens. The debridement was taken directly thru the muscle belly. The defected area after debridement was 4cm x3cm x 2cm. Any Idea's anyone:confused:

Pt was brought back to OR the next day for I & D debridement again, not as extensive but a track was develping that was not there yesterday.

This is an area not to familar with so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
