The patient had a laceration of the great toe down to the extensor tendon. The physician sutures the tendon but felt that it caused significant dorsiflexion, so he removed the sutures and just debride the tendon. I am looking at 28208 with a 52 modifier? Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks
