Doctor sees 10 month old that comes in with external rotation of feet when walking with assitance and that is what doc gave as final diagnosis. Does anyone know how to code this?
 
Isn't 755.67 a congenital anomaly? The doctor is not telling me that it is congenital. Should this still be used? After you said that code it got me to thinking about deformity of foot 736.70 acquired. Thanks for you help with this.
