Can anyone give me more information regarding venous studies....In the following example, is 93965-26-52 the correct code as only the venous doppler is performed? Can anyone give me clarification on the use of 93970/93971 and 93965?

PROCEDURE:
VENOUS DOPPLER STUDY OF THE LEFT UPPER EXTREMITY

HISTORY:
Swelling, edema.

Examination shows a normal caliber of the deep veins of the right upper extremity. No intraluminal filling defects are seen.

Normal compressibility and augmentation is noted.

IMPRESSION:
NO EVIDENCE OF DEEP VENOUS THROMBOSIS INVOLVING THE VISUALIZED DEEP VEINS OF THE LEFT UPPER EXTREMITY.

Thanks for any help you can offer:p
