Hello all,

Path came back seborrheic Keratosis 702.19

2 lesions on the lid margin (rt upper)
2 lesions (lt upper) 1 on skin, 1 on lid margin


67840-E3
67840-59,E3
67840-E1
14060 (11440 bundles)

Per guidelines, can bill 2 67840 on SAME LID?

Not seeing a bundling issue with 11440 and the other codes you mentioned; as to the same code on same lid, I would think your carrier would determine that. I was taught that if the code did not specifically say, then treat it as though you could not unless the carrier says different.
