Pt has been status post for cervical cancer for 2 years now and has been given the ok to extend her appts to every 6 months. We are her ob/gyn doctor, not her oncologist, but are going to be seeing her for f/u every other 6 months. Would I use the 182.0 code or the V16.49 code? Thanks!
