Good Morning,

Our ENT department makes face masks/face shields for Oncology patients so they don't get facial burns during radiation to the head and neck area. Does anyone know if these are billable...either to a carrier or to the patient?

Thanks !

77334 is generally the code reported for complex(special shields, compensators, etc.) created to protect/shield, during radiation therapy. You may want to consider this code.
