How would you code a Left L5-S1 Zygapohyseal (facet) joint aspiration for a facet cyst?

Would you be able to code in the range of 20600 to 20610 Arthrocentesis, aspiration and /or injection; small joint, intermediate joint or large joint or is it 64999 unlisted code?

I did some research to try to figure out the definition of small joint, intermediate joint or large joint and I was not able to find anything besides what is listed in the CPT book.
