I am fairly new to ENT coding. I feel that I am doing fairly well until I get a Facial trauma operative note. I am currently trying to get some continuing education in maxillofacial but in the mean time I need help. I know everyone is busy and it bothers me to ask, but, is there anyone that could take a look at a few OP notes and let me know if I am even in the ballpark?
