Wiki facility level for Epipen IM in Ed

What Facility level would you give if they Administered Epipen IM for Allergic Reaction?

I think it is level 3 for IM and IV infusion is level 4.

I would like to see other coder's opinion on this.

Depends

I would generally agree. But some of it would depend on what other services/resources were used, and the coding methodology. With the ACEP methodogy, you might be at a 4, with others like point systems you might be at a 3 depending on what else was provided to the patient.
