What Facility level would you give if they Administered Epipen IM for Allergic Reaction?

Depends

I would generally agree. But some of it would depend on what other services/resources were used, and the coding methodology. With the ACEP methodogy, you might be at a 4, with others like point systems you might be at a 3 depending on what else was provided to the patient.
