Does Medicare reimburse facility/institutions for Annual Wellness Visits? Does anyone know the answer to this? I read that they're supposed to reimburse however our facility has been denied over and over again.

Help please?!?!?
 
For there 1st wellness visit with Medicare we use G0438 and G0439 for subsequent visits, no specific dx. Once in a life time for G0438 and Annually for G0439. I have a Quick Reference Information: Preventive Servies Chart that I believe was gotten off the web site. Hope this helps
