Failed attempt for a Cystourethroscopy, ureteroscopy RT, with Ureteral Stent

Hello, can someone help me with the guidelines for the Attempted Cystourethroscopy, ureteroscopy for stone removal rt side with laser litho and
placement of Ureteral Stent.
There was a7 mm Rt renal pelvis stone.
attempted a 10Fr dual lumen placement, unable to pass into mid ureter, second wire placed attempted with ureteral dilators, unable to bypass,
attempted ureteroscopy to bypass distal ureter , unable to navigate .. stent placed.
Will require secondary ureteroscopy/laser litho due to caliber of ureter.
So do i code the planned procedure with a 52 modifier or do i code for the placement of the stent only...
