Hi I am a recent coder have only been coding for 12 months now and just recently took my CPC exam unfortunately I did not pass. My major weak point was in Compliance and Regulatory, Can anyone let me know what I should study I have looked at my books from beginning to end and still unsure of what may fall under this category.

Can I just ask how you know that's where you failed? I was under the impression that specifics are not released.

Did you do the practice exams? I found them to be the best test prep, short of studying (which I did as well, obviously.) I passed my first try with an 81%, so I guess I did something right.

I think the info you are looking for is in the AAPC text book, if I recall correctly.
