We had a patient with 4 failed inductions before finally delivering on a later date. Can we bill for this, each time she was in the hospital.

Yes, if a patient is admitted for induction of labor but is later discharged without having delivered, you can bill for the hospital charges. If the patient is admitted for induction and subsequently delivers, then that is part of the global fee.
