What DX is best to use for a patient who comes in for her Nuchal Translucency, but we are unable to get the measurement? We still do a limited growth on the baby, so I feel we should still be billing for something at least. And if the pt comes back and the second NT is failed also? Should I use Z36 on all encounters?
