Wiki failed version attempt and "global billing"

we performed a failed version on 4/7/09 and she was seen in the office still breech on 4/8/09 and 4/15/09. The insurance is wanting a refund for the regular ob checks that were done within a 42 day period after the delivery. i don't think modifier 24 would work. any suggestions??
