Family conference - Wondering if there

Wondering if there is a procedure code that describes the following or should I just use 99499 unlisted E & M? The patient is admitted to the hospital as an inpatient extremely ill. His parents and daughter ask to have a family conference with the physician at his office. From the documentation it appears he spend quite a bit of time with the family, however, time is not documented. Is there a procedure code for this to bill or is it NOT billable at all?
