Hello. If a patient is coming in to see hem/onc due to a family history of cancer, how does that type of diagnosis factor into the MDM Problems table? For example, a patient with no personal history of cancer does have a family history of malignant neoplasm of ovary, Z80.41). Any thoughts on this? Thanks.
